Après avoir adopté notre chienne et l'avoir remise en confiance avec l'humain.... le toilettage était primordial car personne n'avait pris le temps de prendre soin d'elle par le passé...et nous voilà au SPa Best Friend. 4h de travail nécessaires pour un resultat encore meilleur qu'escompté. Jin a pris soin de notre chienne, l'a mise en confiance et l'a cajolée. En conclusion merci pour le travail accompli. Je recommande vivement.

This place was brilliant. They boarded my dog last minute and instantly made me and my dog feel at ease, showing me around the facility, where there are lots of little friends for my dog to play with and space for them to run around. He even came home freshly groomed and I got regular updates throughout the two weeks he was there. Gizmo and I are happy customers!!

My dog Sunshine loves this place! A true gem for her and my family whenever we travel. I am extremely grateful for this business and will continue to use without hesitation. Thank you Pet Palace on behalf of Sunshine and myself.

Nous avons laissés nos chiennes 2 fois sur les 2 derniers mois. Nous en sommes ravies, elles se socialisent et se dépensent avec les autres chiens. Une de nos chiennes a des traitements quotidiens et cela a été pris en compte par la pension. Nous avons reçus photos et vidéos chaque nous sans même en demander et aussi un rapport écrit du séjour à la fin. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce lieu et nous sommes très contents d’avoir une pension si bien et proche de chez nous. Vous pouvez laissez vos boules de poils en toute confiance et sérénité.

NOT to send your dog to this boarding: My dog was with Best Friend Palace for about a year. He was 9+ years old when we started, but when he turned 10+, he was rejected from the facility. When I asked why my dog lost 4.5 kg in a 10-day stay, the owner seemed dismissive, attributing the weight loss to my dog running around and playing with other dogs all day, especially as my dog chased female dogs. If this is the case, they should require that all dogs be sterilized to prevent such issues. It appears this facility is not willing to handle older dogs or those needing special care, or they are simply not equipped to do so. Additionally, I had recommended Best Friend Palace to a lot of friends before they rejected my dog. I didn't make any complaint and moved on. Tragically, last year, my friend’s dog, Teddy, passed away from a stomach bacterial infection, which we believe was caused by the raw food given to them. This incident has raised serious concerns about the hygiene and quality of care at this facility. If you decide to board your dog here, I strongly recommend providing your own food. Because of the owner's unfriendliness and double face, I cannot in good conscience recommend this place at all.

We trusted our small rescue dogs to Best Friends Palace for their boarding services . We interacted with very attentive and knowledgeable staff . We love the concept and know our little ones were well taken care off. Well recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
